How to register:

Online
Complete the registration form on our website. Your registration will be processed through this form. register online with the healthservices at the Twente University and Saxion

Please note: you do not need to register again if your health insurance changes. You can update your details via the “Update Your Details” section or by sending us an email.

After your online registration
Once your registration has been approved, a medical file will usually be created for you within 48 hours. You will also receive an email with an intake form and general information about the practice and healthcare in the Netherlands.

Please make sure to complete the form truthfully and in full, as this is the only medical history we will receive from you. Once we have received all required documents, your registration will be finalized and we can schedule appointments for you if needed.

If you have an urgent medical issue, the assistant can help speed up your registration so you can be seen the same day or at short notice in urgent or life-threatening situations. You can always call the practice at 053–2030204 (press 1 for emergencies).

Updating your details

If you are already registered but your details have changed or are no longer correct, you can easily update them:

- Online: update your registration information online
- By phone: 053-2030204
- By email: info@campushuisarts.nl

This ensures your medical record remains up to date and allows us to provide you with the best possible care.

Transferring your medical record

Have you moved or deregistered from our practice and would you like your medical record transferred? Please let us know which general practitioner your medical file should be sent to.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the transfer, please contact our assistant at 053–2030204.

This way, your medical information remains complete and accessible to your new GP.
