Cancelling Appointments
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend your appointment. We kindly ask you to cancel your appointment preferably at least 24 hours in advance by calling 053–2030204 or by sending an email to assistente@campushuisarts.nl.
This allows us to offer the available time to another patient and helps keep our service accessible for everyone.
What Happens If You Do Not Cancel in Time?
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be recorded in your medical file as a no-show (missed appointment without notice).
If this occurs once per year or if you cancel too late, we will be obliged to charge the cost of the appointment:
- Single consultation: €25
- Double consultation: €50
You will receive the invoice by email or post. If payment is not received, we may engage a collection agency.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. By cancelling in time, you help not only yourself but also other patients who are waiting for an appointment.
This policy follows the guidelines of the Dutch College of General Practitioners (LHV) and ensures that consultation time is used as efficiently as possible.
